We all need to protect our immune systems, and I try to eat and drink natural nutrition to do that. That includes foods, vitamins and supplements. I had tried another brand's Quercetin before and found it helped me. So, when I saw Mt. Angel's Zinc Quercetin with Bromelain Supplement – Immune Support, I was happy to try it. Putting the Zinc with the Quercetin in a caplet was/is appealing to me. I make a smoothie once or twice a week and I break the caplets open to mix it in with my other ingredients (see photo). Also it is especially friendly for women in their mid-life. ----- My smoothie recipe: 1 serving chocolate protein powder 1 scoop Spirulina powder Handful of blueberries 1-2 sprigs of homegrown celery 2-4 leaves of homegrown kale 1-2 fresh homegrown basil leaves 2 caplets of Turmeric with curcumin 2 caplets of Quercetin with zinc Almond milk - enough to be level with my ingredients Sometimes I add raspberries, bananas, wheatgrass or spinach — depends what is on hand and/or growing in my hydroponic garden.

My husband takes those and they are very effective. I haven’t seen him sick in years - thanks goodness! Good value for the money! Will definitely buy again!

Purchased this product because it has all of the key ingredients that will Help keep you healthy and may even prevent viruses from getting a stronghold. The packaging overall was good and the lid is a security lid initially (pull zip tab) with a sealed bottle opening. But is a easier open flip top for everyday use. The capsules are medium sized and go down smoothly with some water. The only hiccup I had with the purchase, was the exterior of the bottle arrived a bit misformed from the heat and the way it was stored In the delivery van. It did not affect the product or the function of the lid on bottle use, it is just an aesthetic modification of the bottle.

The Quercetin helps the Zinc absorption. D3 and C also help out. I've heard very good things about taking stinging nettle root. Not sure of what bromelain does. Does not include any GMO, soy, salt, yeast, dairy, sugar, starch, or preservatives. Recommended 2 pills twice a day with meals. Cellulose shell has no taste and goes down smoothly. My wife and I have been taking one pill twice a day with meals, sometimes 3 pills total, for about a month now. Will try recommended dose soon. Looks to be a good way to minimize risk of severe COVID hospitalization.

I had contracted the virus 12 days ago, luckily I had these and as soon as i started feeling sick I took 8 pills of them 2x a day with food for the first 7 days and then tapered down to 4 pills a day. These made me sweat and I was able to breath normally. Weird thing is one morning i had shortness of breath, took four of these and within an hour I was back to normal. These work! Must have for emergencies! You can stack these with with Vitamin C supplement 1000mg. I tested negative on Sunday, I'm back at the gym on Monday. Ready to go beast mode.
