I needed something to store my motorcycle gear because it was just getting draped over an old office chair and I saw this chest on offer. For the price, amazing, it is exactly what I needed. Something cheap but functional. All my motorcycle jackets, pants and boots fit in there perfectly and now neatly out the way from site. It's surprisingly sturdy considering how lightweight it is, I weigh 90kg and it takes my weight when I sit down on it. It all comes flat packed for you to build yourself with the tools required. It took me and my missus about 30 mins to build. It isn't complicated and the individual panels aren't heavy so it's easy to manoeuvre and lift while constructing. We chose the lighter grey option, photos don't do it much justice because as the colour is much nicer in person, it fits in our bedroom very well which already has a cool colour tone from other furniture Review: The best! - This chest we use as a toy box and this is such good quality value for money is insane the lid functions amazing the instructions were so easy to follow and this was the bestest fit for our home! It’s stylish and the durability for this is awesome! Honestly buy this! ## Features - Farmhouse Warmth, Everyday Joy: Square silhouettes, floor-standing cabinet forms, and barn door design define the HAINS Collection, bringing rustic warmth, visual balance, and everyday function to modern homes - 136 kg Load Shoe Storage Bench: Supporting up to 136 kg, this wooden storage box allows you to sit comfortably while changing shoes without wobbling, offering a more stable seating solution for your hallway - Wooden Box With Hinged Lid: Equipped with two hinges, the top lid stays open at any angle to help prevent accidental slamming and trapped fingers, offering safer daily use for your entire family - Large Wooden Blanket Box: Lift the top to reveal a spacious hidden compartment perfect for storing blankets, pillows, clothes, and books in your living room or bedroom, keeping your home space organised and tidy - Farmhouse Ottoman Storage Bench: Measuring 100x40x46.4 cm, this rustic brown indoor chest features cut-out side handles that fit your hands comfortably, making it easy to move and position in your hallway or any room - Wooden Chest Storage Box: Crafted from quality particleboard and MDF, this unit comes with clearly labelled parts and illustrated instructions, allowing you to complete the assembly quickly without specialist tools ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09B9YGNLS | | Assembly Instructions Description | Easy to follow instructions provided | | Best Sellers Rank | 15,187 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) 5 in Storage Benches | | Brand Name | VASAGLE | | Colour | Brown | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 3,444 Reviews | | Frame Material Type | Engineered Wood | | Frame material | Engineered Wood | | Furniture Finish | Vintage Brown | | Is Assembly Required? | Yes | | Is Extendable | No | | Item Depth | 40 centimeters | | Item Dimensions | 100 x 46 x 40 centimetres | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 40D x 100W x 46H centimetres | | Item Highlight | Shoe Storage Bench, Farmhouse Style, for Hallway, Bedroom, Living Room, Rustic Brown, HAINS Collection LSB060T01 | | Item Shape | Rectangular | | Item Weight | 16.1 Kilograms | | Leg Style | Straight leg | | Manufacturer | VASAGLE | | Manufacturer Part Number | LSB060T01 | | Material | Engineered Wood | | Material Type | Engineered Wood | | Maximum Weight Recommendation | 136 Kilograms | | Model Number | LSB060T01 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Product Care Instructions | Wipe with Dry Cloth | | Product dimensions | 40D x 100W x 46H centimetres | | Seat Height | 46 Centimetres | | Seating Capacity | 2 | | Set Name | Shoe Bench Storage Bench | | Size | 100W cm | | Special Features | Hinges, Wide and practical side handles | | Style | Rustic Farmhouse | | Style Name | Rustic Farmhouse | | UPC | 194343027692 | ## Product Details - **Colour:** Brown - **Frame material:** Engineered Wood - **Material:** Engineered Wood - **Product dimensions:** 40D x 100W x 46H centimetres - **Style:** Rustic Farmhouse ## Images ![VASAGLE Storage Chest, Blanket Box with 2 Safety Hinges, 100x40x46.4 cm - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91xjmSdQ2IL.jpg) ![VASAGLE Storage Chest, Blanket Box with 2 Safety Hinges, 100x40x46.4 cm - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ykc29uSIL.jpg) ![VASAGLE Storage Chest, Blanket Box with 2 Safety Hinges, 100x40x46.4 cm - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81vPkuvKDOL.jpg) ![VASAGLE Storage Chest, Blanket Box with 2 Safety Hinges, 100x40x46.4 cm - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81qfBNQSB+L.jpg) ![VASAGLE Storage Chest, Blanket Box with 2 Safety Hinges, 100x40x46.4 cm - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/811cJwTG9jL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does it come with a warranty?** A: No but it is solid. **Q: would this hold weight ok inside? around 60kg? looking to store my weights** A: Hello Gmoi. It’s stylish and the durability for this is awesome! Honestly buy this! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this storage chest. *by T***Y on 25 April 2026* I’m loving this storage chest. I did have to return the first purchase as it was damaged but it was very straight forward to return. I have just finished putting it together. It was very easy to assemble. And I’m quite impressed with myself for putting it together on my own. No man with a screwdriver required!! The instructions were easy to follow. It probably took me about an hour to complete. It’s the perfect addition for putting all my granddaughters toys in where I can hide them all away when she leaves. I love to closing mechanism as no little finger will get caught when opening and closing. It’s very sturdy and looks more expensive than what it was. I’m very happy with this storage chest and would buy another for another room. ## Frequently Bought Together - VASAGLE Storage Chest, Storage Bench, Blanket Box with 2 Safety Hinges, Shoe Storage Bench, Farmhouse Style, 40 x 100 x 46 cm, for Hallway, Bedroom, Living Room, Rustic Brown LSB060T01 - SONGMICS Chest of Drawers, Bedroom Cabinet, 7 Fabric Drawers with Handles, Metal Frame, Rustic Brown and Ink Black LTS137B01 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/450956886-vasagle-storage-chest-blanket-box-with-2-safety-hinges-100x40x46](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/450956886-vasagle-storage-chest-blanket-box-with-2-safety-hinges-100x40x46) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
