Perfect companion for on the go workouts
Great for home workouts and adding resistance to the workout. Very functional, fun colors, durable, and fit well. Easy to store!

These are surprisingly high quality out of the box.
Impressed and surprised. I was expecting less, actually.For the price, these are surprisingly well made, out of the box. Sturdy materials, quality design. Definitely a value for the money. Color? I got.black/white/orange.. Resistance level is variable, 3 band options. Ill try the later, but so far, so good.

Great Quality.
I have not used this yet as I just received it. However, the quality of this set is top notch! Very sturdy and well made. I can tell it will last for years to come. I appreciate the mesh bag to keep it in and look forward to using it. Stonger legs and back side here I come! :)

Not as much resistance as I had hoped
I bought these for my home gym. The ankle straps are study and have strong velcro so they don’t budge which is great. They are portable for travel and take up minimal space. They also come with a printout of suggested exercises to do with the bands. I do wish the resistance bands were stronger. For me, the strongest one is not heavy enough. Had I known that I probably wouldn’t have purchased them.

Amazing! They are great to carry to the gym, very easy to store ! Once you tighten the strap, it stays put, comfortably, and you can use it with the other machines as well, not only with the bands it comes with. Multi-functional! Makes your workouts very easy!

Week Hooks to resistance band
This product is not durable. I did not even stretch my leg with maximum resistance and the hook came loose from the resistance band causing me almost to fall. I then used an alternate resistance band and the hook was coming loose as well.

Resistance Too long
I am 5’1 and these bands are too long for me. Because it’s too long not enough tension. Also, you have to keep turning the ankle strap part when doing certain movements. Half the time you’re moving things around instead of working out. Just do yourself a favor and just buy resistance bands easier and more effective.
