Not as much resistance as I had hoped
I bought these for my home gym. The ankle straps are study and have strong velcro so they donโt budge which is great. They are portable for travel and take up minimal space. They also come with a printout of suggested exercises to do with the bands. I do wish the resistance bands were stronger. For me, the strongest one is not heavy enough. Had I known that I probably wouldnโt have purchased them.

Bought it as a stocking stuffer for my friend and she loves it. Great for travel.

Not effective at all
Does not work. I love doing cable kickbacks at the gym. I baught these to use at home but the bands are a bit too long to cause any resistance. You start feeling some resistance when you kick half way up . so the resistance is very short and you have to kick extremely high to feel anything.

Exactly what I needed
It's exactly what I needed, the straps are pretty short which is great for what I need, but being so short a few exercises illustrated would not be possible, but great for me. Very quick delivery.
