Works great but not cleaned
Purchased this as a used Amazon product. It works perfect and came in original box, but it still had remnants of crumbs and cooking oil from whomever used and returned it to Amazon. I cleaned it up, and knew it was used, but I’m not accustomed to Amazon sending products they haven’t checked and cleaned up themselves. It doesn’t reflect well on the impression made re: checking the item over before reselling.

Not worth it
Bought for my daughter who is a quesadilla fanatic. The product was cheaply made and arrived broken twice. I don’t recommend.

You can’t get much in these at all
This Taco Tuesday quesadilla maker is intended to use 8 inch shells. The first time I made a quesadilla, I put a light amount of refried beans & a light sprinkle of cheese & this was waaaay too much for the machine to handle. Everything seeped out the sides & it was a mess. I decided to remake it & I used half as much of the beans & cheese & this was also too much (see the above pictures). As you can see, after taking it out of the machine, it was ridiculously thin. As a vegetarian, I was only looking to put beans in there but if you wanted to put anything with substance in there like meat, there’s just no way it would work.I have the larger model (made by a different manufacturer) that uses a 10 inch shell & this isn’t an issue. I purchased two of these & one was to be a gift for my daughter but now I’m going to return the unused one because it’s just not going to work. I got this one thinking that it was perfect for one but it’s more trouble than it’s worth.
