I have had many different brands claiming to help produce Nad+, this is the only one I would say works. I do feel 100% after 1 month of taking these.The packaging alone provides a solid opinion on quality. Great first impressions and attention to detail.I would recommend these .

I have 2 children, and before I started taking this supplement, if I closed my eyes, I could fall asleep anywhere. Have been taking it for 3 months, it took 2 weeks before it started taking effect and when I stopped energy levels started to go down again after 3 weeks.

There's no real way to tell if this works. There's good science behind it but there is debate around absorbtion and dosage, all very interesting though. I cant claim to have noticed a fresher complexion or an increased spring in my step, however on reflection I have been injury free for some time and I feel less aches and pains in my joints. I'm a 49yr old man who exercises 3 or 4 times a week. Only time will really tell how effective these are. They are quite expensive for compound that I take to 'hopefully' better prepare my body for older age but I've satisfied myself through research that its a bet worth taking. I would be happy to have them in a blister pack and a brown box. The fancy packaging and glass bottle feels really wasteful and unnecessary particularly in the current 'climate' of climate change etc.

So this is a tough one to review for some people as it works on the inside, and you can’t always notice the effects.So I m one of those kids that’s been doing fitness for 30 years, I run, I bike, I lift. As time has had its wicked way and I have found recovery takes longer and a sore back in the morning a little too frequent.8 weeks after taking this stuff I don’t get the sore back in the morning, recovery is a bit quicker, my training has not changed, this supplement is the only change.I have recommended to everyone I know, and they would be fools not to listen, as would you. Buy this stuff, I do because it works.

Seems to work! Pain in shoulder en wrist anr bones are almost gone.Also more clearly in thinking.Blood pressure 80/120It doesn't toke years off so far😬Update..after 2 weeks problems with sleeping. Feeling tired whole day but not able to sleep as I use to. Waking up everyday around 0.5.00 in de morning. Feeling drained an not well at all. This was getting better after I stopped taking Tru Niagen for a few days. Investigating this problem i read about TMG supplement.Taking this together with Tru Niagen solved the problem. Th NAD+ precursors potentially put a strain on the methylation system.This seems to be the case.Also it possiblity can fuel homocysteine without TMG..,.
