Saved my marriage
Love these plugs, can’t hear any snoring, they are also good for planes as they help with the noise and also eases ear popping, can trim the stems to make them more comfortable when sleeping ,highly recommend

Not fantastic
Not fantastic and do fall out. I cut the end off to. Will reduce noise but still hear the birds singing in the morning (which always wakes me up around 4am)
