QUALITY: ✯✯✯✯The edges are a little rough from where they've been stamps out of a larger sheet of metal. Each bracket / plate is protected by a peel-off plastic film which helps prevent scratching.STRENGTH: ✯✯✯✯✯Yes, they are strong, resisting all attempts to bend them manually. This sturdiness will be welcome if you're using them to support any high-stress areas such as seat backs.VALUE: ✯✯✯✯✯Great value! They do what they say they'll do.REVIEWOur fridge-freezer is still going strong after quarter of a century, but the drawers have started to fail. Two have cracked at the front, rendering them almost unusable; one tug too hard, and the front is sure to snap off. Previously, we've prolonged their life using cable ties (as seen in this review's photos), which has worked well on one drawer, but not the other. Which is where these bracket's have come in. They are perfect for bracing the damage, and giving the drawers the extra life they deserve.NOTESThe pack we received did not come with the longest brackets, but an additional 2x 4 hole plates.The listing states that they are made of stainless steel; i believe it is type 304.

Just what I needed for a restoration project.Very good for the price.

When ever I have been oversupplied with kitchen cupboard spares such as joining plates I have always saved them as they come in handy for repairs. The ones supplied by TOOINKCV provide a useful collection, and come complete with screws. I have provided a photograph of the contents. If you calculate the number of holes in the plates they come to 48, and that is the number of screws provided. The plates and screws come in a handy compact plastic container to keep them together.Whilst the Product page specifies these are for repairing/joining wood, I will be using them to assist in mending some cracks which have developed in the walls of the house. In the last of the photographs I have an end-on view of a plate screwed into a piece of wood. With the screw slightly protruding the thickness is only 2mm. I shall chisel a slot 5mm deep either side of the crack and along the length of the crack to position 4 or 5 slots and drill in raw-plugs. Once screwed in place I can use filler to cover the plates and the crack - hopefully banished for good.BTW the lip on the end of the plate is a coating which has lifted up at the edges. It looks like it can be peeled off to reveal shinny metal and it is on the front side of the plate protecting it from accidental scratches.The only further comment I can make about the plates, is that I would have been happy to have had less of the rectangle plates (60x38mm) say 4, and not 8 and more of the 15mm width plates. I am sure others would say it is the perfect mix as at present.Even if you do not have an immediate repair the joining plates are handy to have available for when you do need them, as often "a stitch in time saves nine".
