We are very happy with our waterbed heater. It works great and is very dependable.

We bought two for our new softside waterbed and placed one on each side of the bed. They've been working fine for the month we've been using them. It's nice to have "individual" controls over temperature since we have two of them. I hope we get a good number of years out of them.

Doesn't heat very well. It is sufficient

I filled my bed with hot water to a temperature of 88 degrees weeks ago. This underpowered piece of trash cannot raise the temperature above that. I am using an old quilt as a mattress pad. I have a blanket and nice comforter and I keep the bed made when I am not in it.This looked like it was just what I wanted, but I failed to notice the LOW WATT description.II am going to need to replace it with something that will keep me WARM when winter arrives.Don't buy this unless you want a room temperature waterbed.

Very good waterbed heater with easy to read controls. When I first installed the heater I had some questions on why the light would be flashing. I called the company (at 10pm on a Sat night no less) and got in touch with a very helpful gentleman who let me know that once the bed was at the heat level I had selected the display would be come solid. He said the display would blink anytime there was a change in temperature.

Installation was a snap. I set mine at 92 where my old dialOne was normally at 80 something.Setting the temp is easy but it runs a lot higher than my old one. I’ve had this for a few weeks now

What I am not liking about this heater is that it isn't heating well. We have temp set at 87 since installation about a week ago and it is finally up to 81, barely something we can sleep on and not really all that comfortable. Unfortunately, we had to get a new heater (this one) as the old one died. Of course, since they go under the liner, it meant draining the bed and because that got messed up we had to purchase a new bladder, which is comfortable to sleep on BUT we don't want to drain again and get a better heater, so I guess we will have to live with this one. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

This unit beat nearly all the others I was pricing by $75 to $100! It works wonderfully and seems to be very well made. Shipped quick which was greatly appreciated in the extreme cold weather we've had around here!
