I bought this item and have to return it because it didn't include the inserts.And I tried again because they said that are working in fixing this problem but again it doesn't have the inserts. 😏

Super cute!
I actually got inserts with my boxes, so I didn't have that problem. They are slightly flimsy, but it holds 6 cupcakes or muffins absolutely fine. The back crease of the box sometimes gets a little wonky but it's never an issue, and they're super cute anyways.
