I bought this product hoping it would help with my large appetite since I stopped taking phentermine. Actually, it was helpful in knocking down some appetite but no where near the effectiveness of phentermine.The upside is that it's purported to be "all natural". I did not have any negative side effects from taking it.I recommend it if you have a moderate appetite.

Works for appetite please take on empty tummy morning and night so 2x a day. and drink water after 2 days I had results of not wanting to eat!! but ladies when the period comes we do get hungry if you can control it kudos but it turns off and I have the urge to stop taking them in my period. But getting better and taking them right overall yes it works !!! Get them

I was purchasing this item in hopes of help with blood sugar and decrease in appetite. It has not helped in either area, definitely disappointed.

Works slightly, will try another bottle to see if there are improvements. Works well during the day, mist be taken as directed to work. I notices the days I forgot to take it at the same time during the day cravings were back. Have not lost weight
