Women Floral Lace Garter Belt Set with 4 Straps Plus Size Suspender Belt

I changed this brand as an experiment and I'm so glad I did. These are all I will buy now. The sensible snap down clips (I'm not those infuriating slide over the button things) are tremendous and I love the fact that the straps are shorter so the stockings can be higher and STAY up. The other maker has struts too long even when adjusted shorter. These are perfect.

Being a plus size woman "of a certain age", putting on pantyhose has become rather difficult. Also, pulling them down, then back up to use the bathroom was also a chore. I have stayed away from thigh highs in the past because they would just roll down off my thighs.To make using the bathroom easier while wearing hose and to make putting on hose easier, I decided to try using a garter belt to keep thigh highs from rolling down. I first tried the style 1 version of this garter belt since that was what was used in my distant past but the clips couldn't properly hold the thicker tops of thigh highs.The beefier clips on Style 2 work much better for holding up thigh highs. I also like that I can just pull these on without having to deal with hook and eye fasteners. I just put on the garter belt first, then light control panties (the skimpy ones that come with the belt are a joke for a large old broad like me) instead of the other way around as most women do, then put on the thigh highs and hitch them up to the belt. The thigh highs are much easier to put on than pantyhose and, when responding to nature's call, I just pull down the panty, sit down, take care of business, then pull the panty back up; there's no need to remove the garter belt and hose.I wish I had tried this years ago.
