I’m really happy to see my “red” brunette neutralised to a more cool tone. Even when I choose cool colours & blue green shampoo my hair always comes up red after the first wash. It was easy to use & didn’t drip. I have mid length thick hair & I think I’ll get 2-3 uses out of the tube, which is great. I also think it’s helpful to hide my grey roots in between colours.

My hair felt it dry after use it and tbh not worth it for the slight difference almost not noticeable… I will not buy this again, I prefer to do my own toner shampooing with 20 vol

Toned my highlights in 10 minutes and it’s enough for multiple uses if your hair is short and not very think 👍

Does NOT Color grey . I believe it made me lose alot of hair . So1 star Not very soften for hair - if u do one more condition immediately after yea hair soften

i have level 8 yellow hair, it did not help at all, like not even a little bit, i took before and after pics, literally zero result. i also left it for like 15 mins

My hair is naturally strawberry blonde, but now over 50% white. I could never get a good shade of red on my white hair, so I used a light, neutral blonde tint. Since L'Oreal Paris Le Color One Step Toning Hair Gloss is temporary and non-damaging I decided to give it a shot. My 1st try was copper, over my blonde permanent hair color. The red was a little bright for me, it would have been cute for a teenager. But the texture was the best my hair has had since I was a teen! No more frizz! So I tried mixing 1/2 clear with 1/2 copper. Still not the color I wanted, but still wanted the awesome texture. The next time I dyed my hair blonde I finished it off with 1/2 clear and 1/2 honey blonde. Success! That silky, no frizz texture in a beautiful golden blonde. I love the way it leaves my hair!

I can’t say enough about this product! I rarely leave a review but I just had to with this. I’m 62 and have always had my hair professionally colored a dark brown, with blonde. I’m retiring and just wanting to cut back and decided to go gray which is what my roots are. So professionally I have spent a lot of money trying to get there which is a nightmare. My hair has been stuck in this yellowy color that I hate and so I’ve been trying purple shampoos, conditioners and masks which never seem to do what I hope they would do. And so, back to searching on Amazon and I find this product and went ahead and bought it…and oh my goodness!!! Yes!!! My hair is a beautiful light gray after one use! Plus I thought the whole tube would be needed but no, I’ll get at least 3-4 uses with one tube! Honestly, the color is amazing and it’s just like using a conditioner. I washed my hair with one of my purple shampoos that doesn’t take the yellow out…squeezed out the water from my hair, put this one step gloss toner on and used my shower brush to brush it though my hair to get it well distributed, I left it on for 15 minutes, rinsed and WOW! I couldn’t be happier that I found something that actually works!!!

Grab gloves to apply and get out your tub cleaner to clean up post-rinse. Rinsewater will stain the tub. But my hair? Smells amazing, soft, shiny, and just the right amount of tint. I did apply it to dry hair vs wet from previous product use. And therefore likely used much more than a wet application would require. I am delighted with the natural looking outcome and will buy again for sure.
