Return it back to Amazon, even though the kit is manufactured by NAnoskin,assembled by NAnoskin, and wholesaled by NAnoskin to Amazon. I managed a 200+customer service group for a consumer products company, Fortune 500. 1, 4 oz bottle is not worth it to infuriate a customer, lose a customer, and consider the how I'm going to tell people I know don't use their products.
