When I received it I was concerned because it is very thin. The bike was stored outside with this cover and a battery tender. We had many days of high winds, rain and snow. The cover remained intact. The bike remained dry. It has a strap in the rear and two metal grommets in the front. I just looped a small bungie cord through them around the front wheel. It has been 5 months and spring is here. I have been a biker for over 50 years.
