I've been searching high and low for wall sconces that were hard-wired that had a pn/off switch on the fixture itself. I didn't realize just how hard my search would be to find such lights AND be modern in style as well! NOT to mention the hundreds of dollars other outlets wanted. But I found these, and I needed 3, and it was STILL less than 1 fixture I've seen elsewhere that DIDN'T have the on/off switch I needed. So, I ordered these, and hoped for the best. Arriving 2-2 1/2 weeks EARLIER than etoa, I was estatic. I was holding my breath as I opened them, a little nervous about any broken parts and the quality of design (after all, it ws only 20 dollars apiece...normally a red flag).All arrived in pristine condition, and I was honestly blown away by how really elegant they look! I love tjem!

Pretty wall lamp. It is smaller than I thought. Stainless steel and lamp itself very nice and decorative. It looks easy enough to install. As soon as I can get it in I will add picture. I will say that I did get a good buy.

The lamp itself was nicely built. The free bulbs that comes with it one is not working and the other one is partially malfunctioning (not full brightness).

Light bulbs included were too dim. Had to replace. Very attractive product

The on and off mechanism does not work on the one I ordered.

Although not completely standard to North American market, it did work and at a great price. Basically be prepared to provide your own marette connector to link up the switch to the power feed, which is a minor wiring job, and be prepared to make the hole in the wall a little smaller with polyfill/drywall compound if you are using this new light fixture with a square wall plate base to replace an older fixture with a round wall covering plate. This may take a few extra steps over a longer period of time, especially if you have to wait for the plastering to dry, and possibly paint too, but it is very hard to find wall sconces with switches. (Basically, this is the only place I can find this type of light fixture in Canada....so I am thrilled to have found this one at a reasonable price and don't mind the extra steps.
