Letters come off easily
I really like the design and have bough many Our Name is MUD mugs before. They have always been excellent quality and hold the perfect amount of coffee. But this mug and another mug with glitter have both had the letters come off after only a couple gentle hand washes. I never put these mugs in the dishwasher and never use them in the microwave. It seems like whatever they use to seal the decals on the mugs doesn't do a very good job or does not completely cover it. All my other MUD mugs have never had this problem, it seems like the lettering is under the glaze with those ones as opposed to something stuck on top afterwords.

Not so happy with this one in particular
The lettering came off just by washing with soap and water. I have a few of these mugs and this one didn’t work out

This mug is exactly as it says. It’s huge! It holds a wonderfully big amount of hot chocolate or tea and the purple sparkles are just right. A solid well made piece with a great design.Brilliant
