I have just started using the third one so i can't comment on it's effectiveness but this one is way too sweet compared to the last two.I ended up making myself a meal coz i couldn't bring myself to drink it all

The seal had multiple needle piercing. Suspect food contamination and do not feel safe for consumption ! There's no return policy so technically my money is wasted !

This meal replacement isn’t good. It causes frequent trips to the bathroom, which can make a person feel weaker. I’m sure the manufacturer didn’t consider this effect. We’re your loving family, and we’re concerned for you.

My breakfast shakes taste soooo much better with this meal replacement power. The texture is a little starchy, but if you mix it well, you wont be able to tell. I have blended this for smoothies and also mixed it with almond milk. I prefer it blended. I feel full most of my day until around dinner time, and I can tell that ive lost a few pounds already. This is a very good price for what you get, and despite coming in a smaller container, it has lasted quite a while.

It tastes really good! It doesn’t have a starchy taste and I was pleasantly surprised. It also mixes super well even in water! It’s kind of filling and i’d say there’s over 15 servings in there it’ll likely last me awhile lol.

Love slim fast and it taste so good. Not chalky. Used to use years ago. I also love the milk chocolate. Great taste. I use in 1% or 2% milk. It fills me up more. I use in morning not hungry to mid afternoon.

I love the vanilla slim fast it’s full of protein and nutrients which I have a problem absorbing. It takes a second in blender or glass if you prefer… I don’t like to eat breakfast and lunch as I’m a late night eater. So being good with two shakes ( that I like to add greens and fruit to) I don’t feel so guilty eating a rich dinner and midnight snack. The size of container means you will get many servings for your money.

Great way to help me with good nutrition. As I've gotten older I don't eat right. The pre-made shakes are expensive and are a bit heavy to carry. So, this is what I keep on hand. I mix it with milk in a shakes bottle. Sometimes I mix it with the fair life chocolate milk with some powder peanut butter. It's really good.
