This is the perfect lubricant to use with Nanoskin sponges or a traditional clay bar. It provides plenty of slickness so the sponge glides smoothly without grabbing or marring the paint.It wipes off clean, doesn’t leave residue, and pairs really well with the Nansokin glove. Simple, effective, and does exactly what you want a clay lubricant to do.

GLIDE is still my all time favorite clay lubricant whether it be the AutoScrub system from Nanoskin (which is fantastic), their Clay Mitt, their Clay Sponges, or even a regular clay bar. It smells great. Hard to describe the smell but a very pleasant light clean smell. I wish they would make an air freshener or carpet cleaning solution for vehicles in that scent. It's really great. You can also dilute Glide in many different ratios which is great. It's a great value for the money and even more, IT IS EFFECTIVE as a clay lube. One of the "original clay lubes", Glide is still one of the best in my opinion. If you are using any of the Nanoskin products, stick with GLIDE as your lube as it was designed and engineered specifically for the Nanoskin products so they work in unison. Glide is also effective with any other clay mitt product and clay bars too!

Works great with the Autoscrub paint cleaning system. There are other detail spray lubricants out there that are cheaper. I've used a few and they all pretty much seem to function the same. This is pricier that the comparable lubricant/quick detailers out there. This functions as a quick detailer if mixed in a 10:1 concentration. Overall a good value since this bottle makes so much. It loses one star based on the fact that there appears to be some sort of debris floating in this. I believe that it is some sort of sediment of the chemicals in the solution. It seems to dissipate somewhat once diluted and shaken up a lot. Also, once the solution is diluted and sits for a while, the blue color fades. Doesn't affect the quality of the product. I prefer to use this just as a lubricant and not as a quick detail spray. I have other quick detail sprays that I prefer for that.

Got this for slickness helper with clay towel and bars. You can use other products that work really well, but I made the choice based on just wanting a slickness and not other additives. Some really foamy snow cannon soap and a few sprays - it does a great job! I feel like using touchless or up keep type products are better used for just that purpose.

Love this stuff for clay lube. Kind of pricey for how much I go through but worth it. Smells great and keeps the clay slippery.

Don't take this as a "Bad" review. I just don't know what good this product is supposed to do.I bought this stuff partly by accident. I search for "Hydrophobic" car wash and this came up. I didn't read close enough. This stuff is not hydrophobic. But, hey, I bought it. Let's use it.I am not a car detailer. I just want to clean my truck. I can't tell what benefit this stuff has. It has a lot of blue dye in it. It is not very thick at all. When you dilute it, you get a water mixture a lot like Windex. It doesn't seem especially slick, even at full strength. It doesn't cut wax, grease or bug guts much better than basic soap and water. I don't think you're supposed to use it like soap. If your car is already clean, what's the point of using a spray bottle to clean it? Even if its dirty, cleaning a car with a spray bottle is a hard way to do it. I can't tell the difference when you dilute it by 7X or 10X or even 3X. It really seems like a lot of dye and maybe a little soap.It was in a zip lock bag with the cap screwed on and no leaks. The seal on my jug was broken when it arrived. So, maybe I didn't get the right stuff. But, I don't think so.As a lubricant for a clay bar, maybe. But, it doesn't seem like it would be any better than just a few drops of soap in a spray bottle full of water. I obviously am missing the point.If you know why this stuff is so great, comment to this review.Thanks.

Yes this product is a very good lubricator when using clay bars or the clay bar pads. It can also be used as a quick detailer (works well), Heck it can be used for a lot of different applications, and does a great job in all of them. It will eliminate a lot of other products that you might have sitting on your shelf.
