The texture is okay and it mixes very well. However the taste is really not good. It's very chemically and doesn't have much of a salted caramel flavour. If I was to buy again I would chose a different flavour, or simply go with another company.

So over the years I have tried soooooo many protein powders, some really good ( protein works like an angel kissing your tounge), some really, really bad ( nutrisport , like a demon throwing up on your tongue) in general all fairly pricey and as always you get what you pay for. I have used other Warrior products, Pre workout, creatine, BCAAs and so on and have been pleased with them as they all tend to do what they say on the tin ( or tub in this case) . As far as price goes Warrior makes supplements affordable and they appear to have the balance right with the contents, flavours and so on. Now on to this protein I was a bit sceptical when I saw a 1kg bag of Whey for a mere £19.99, so I read all the reviews and they were really positive and as all I had left to use at home was the tub of vomit from nutrisport I stuck it in the basket and waited for the nice amazon delivery man to throw it on my doorstep the next day. I retrieved my parcel from said very nice delivery man ( fellow Arsenal supporter) and tore it from its brown paper shroud in anticipation. The first thing I can compliment Warrior on is that it was in a zip seal packet and full to the 1kg brim, unlike many of the other brands that use an ocean liner size tub but only fill it to a third of its capacity. Warrior direct to use two scoops to 200 / 300 ml of water so I made it to that formula. What can I say, after some very expert wrist action my elixir appeared to be ready to consume, nice and frothy head and a smooth body.... yes, I'm still talking about the protein ... I cautiously sipped the contents and I was instantly surprised at the flavour and consistency, it was not a million miles away from that of the earlier mention Protein works on both counts, so once again Warrior have pulled it out of the bag. Time will tell as far as results are concerned but the early verdict for me is a resounding thumbs up as far as price, flavour and consistency is concerned. I will definitely order another to keep at work so I can get the protein in throughout the day Well done Warrion on another great product.

I really wanted to like this protein powder because on paper it looks great — high protein per serving, low sugar, low carbs, and a decent price. Unfortunately, the reality didn’t live up to the promise. The taste is honestly unpleasant, very artificial and chalky, and no matter how much I mixed or shook it, it never blended smoothly. I tried using both water and milk, and in both cases it left a gritty texture that made it hard to get down. The aftertaste is also pretty bad, lingering in the mouth for ages, and it put me off even trying a second shake in the same day. For a product aimed at being part of a daily routine, flavour and texture matter just as much as the nutritional profile, and this just doesn’t deliver. I also noticed the packaging was a bit flimsy compared to other brands I’ve used, with the seal not closing properly after a couple of uses. It doesn’t give me much confidence in quality control. Overall, it may have a good protein count on the label, but if you can’t actually drink it without forcing yourself, then what’s the point? I won’t be buying again.

Taste is good but unbearable after a few shakes so sweet and artificial, better with milk than water but good value and no problems

If you can get it on a deal then it's great. But the taste isn't as nice as some other brands. Not disgusting just I've had better.
