I had my unit for 3 months the head peace quit hammering had a difficult time getting in touch with the company finally was able to contact through Amazon they sent me a new unit in three days hope it stays working

I bought this almost a year ago and don’t use it that often, only for personal use when I have an injury. I haven’t even used half a bottle of gel with it. The fan no longer works so it won’t turn on and I can’t find a way to contact the seller. I would buy it again though just because it saved me money from having to see a therapist to do the treatment. It paid for itself in four uses.

Llegó con algo blanco lo cual era residuo de algo tal ves gel (espero) la unidad es muy pesada para uso personal no lo recomendaría para uso en negocio la voy aregresar y no quiero la misma unidad aunque cuando recién la residí quería que mela remplazarán desidi usarla y convencerme de su desempeño no no la recomiendo.

Couldnt tell if it was defective or broken. Seemed to work intermittently but not quite sure

How do I get a replacement head? I have only had the machine a few weeks and one of the heads won't stay connected because the screw thread is stripped. Thank you!

I purchased the item and initially loved it as it did its intended purpose. After 5 uses the percussion ball inside will not speed up to make the device useable .

More instruction required to use device. What are the extra tools use for?
