Rings are just as they look in the picture. I have fairly big hands and knuckles and the one with the hearts fits my pointer finger perfectly. If you are hoping it will fit your ring finger, it may be too big. The plain ring does fit a ring finger and would not fit a pointer finger unless you have small hands. .But I do love them!

Bought twice and both eventually made my finders green
Updating my review - these did turn my fingers green and the metal did scratch and tarnish. Needed to purchase another brand. The solid ring is easy to adjust and has not turned my fingers colors. The spiral one - I was not able to adjust the size enough to be comfortable and the magnet tips didn’t seem to touch my skin all the time. Would purchase again for the solid ring.

Nice Rings looks good
Nice!!! They fit good still monitoring the magnet benefits I wear the bracelet and it works gives me energy and helps with limiting swelling in my knee and helps with carpal tunnel.

I have large-ish hands, but even with the solid ring squished as tightly as possible, it barely stays on. Someone with small hands won't be able to wear this.

Rings are not adjustable. Nice but do not fit. Are too big. Rings slide off after continuous adjusting.

Copper magnetic rings
I tried seeing if the magnet works inside these rings. Nothing sticks. Do they help with sleep a little I suppose. I wasn’t sleeping well for almost two years. Since I bought these, I have Been sleeping better.

Not the best out there
The plain one looks very cheap - only one set of magnets for ring also, while other rings have 4 per ring. The other one with the hearts is ok
