American Mahjong Game Set, 166 Premium White Tiles, 4 All-in-One Color Rack/Pushers, Classic Complete Mahjong Tile Set with Black Carrying Bag

My friends and I are beginner players and we needed a good starter set, and this delivered. We have been using it for about six months, and it’s held up beautifully thus far. The tiles are solid and have a nice weight to them, but the set as a whole isn’t too heavy to carry around. The tiles use traditional imagery and extra flowers, jokers, and blanks are included so we are set in case any go missing. The included acrylic racks came packed in a big puffy bubble wrap type thing which kept them from damage during transport . Honestly the racks in my opinion are going to be the first to be damaged so I continue to store the racks in the bubble packaging for safekeeping. They still fit fine in the bag and are not too bulky. The bag is sturdy and easy to carry. I appreciate the zippered pocket on the inside that I store the dice, betting chips, wind indicator, and extra tiles. There is also another exterior pocket which is easy to slide you NMJL care in for storage. I am pleased with this set and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it as a first set or an affordable option.

I took a class in mahjong and this is exactly like the set our teacher used. The set arrived very well packed. The tiles were shrink wrapped and it was easy to check to make sure all the tiles were there. NOTE: there are 16 flowers/seasons (you only need 8 for the game). It's in the instruction book, which is pretty good. There is everything you need for the game and then some: dice, chips, racks, etc. I love it.

Exactly as described. Set is very good quality for a beginner. The bag is heavy canvas, the tiles are a good weight and cleanly marked. Easy to read. No random marks on the tiles as reported by a few others. There is a smell when first unwrapped but it disappears very quickly. Very satisfied.

This is a great set. The tote bag is very covered yet. The color on the tiles are very clear and concise. I do wish it came with a regulation card other than the beginner instructions. Great instructions by the way.
