Trying to detox I bought these. They were easy to apply peeled them off in the morning used them up. They looked black in the morning, so I think they worked easy to use.

Let’s clear up the myth of these foot pads, 1- the pad is the size of a tea bad. You have to place a larger adhesive patch over it. 2- True, it does not stick well on dirty feet. You need to properly wash your feet prior to using. You can wear socks over it to keep everything in place. It function perfectly if done this way. 3- the pad has zero smell to it so don’t expect a fragrant smell. It’s 100% ginger powder, bamboo, and vinegar to improve your body and lift your mood. 4- the product inside the pad is “black” when placed on your foot and your foot sweats its activating what’s inside the pad. The color is from bamboo sorel black and it’s discharged when activated. Sweat opens your pours allowing the product to help relax you. It’s also helping you fall asleep easier. 5- this particular foot pad is for your sleep, relaxation, and mood. It improves your energy level. It never mentioned removing toxin in your system, it says DEEP CLEANING. I use to fell pain on the bottom of my feet. After using it 3 times like every other day I'm not feeling the pain anymore.
