Edit: I have been able to get into contact with them and have received a replacement dock. So far it is working as perfectly as the previous dock had been. Here's to hoping it stays that way, but it does seem to just be a random fluke with the individual piece rather than the product line overall. Highly recommend and it works better than the original dock ever had. I have had this for a few months and until a few days ago it worked great. Then it just- stopped working. It wasn't dropped. It wasn't exposed to any water. There wasn't a power surge. Nothing. It just- stopped working entirely. Same wires it always had been used but suddenly the it couldn't connect to the TV or even charge my switch. I haven't been able to get into contact with them regarding replacing it under my one year warranty, but I was fairly disappointed because before it completely shut down on me it was so easy to use and the i never had problems with tv or power connection. When it worked, it worked great, but only lasting a few months is ridiculous.

Got this TV dock station as a replacement for my Nintendo Switch and it's been working really well. Does exactly what it's supposed to do - connects my Switch to the TV with no issues. The 4K HDMI output looks great and the Type C and USB ports work perfectly. It's nice having a portable option that I can easily move around the house or take with me when traveling. Way more convenient than lugging around the original bulky dock. Works with both regular Switch and Switch OLED, which is exactly what I needed. The connection is solid and I haven't had any problems with it disconnecting or having display issues. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with any cords. I'm using my own HDMI cable which is fine, but the power cord is really essential and would have been nice to include. Had to use my existing cables which wasn't a huge deal, but for the price it would have been a nice touch to get everything you need in the box. Setup was straightforward - just plug everything in and it works. The build quality feels decent and it's held up well with regular use. Overall really happy with this dock. Does the job perfectly and the portability is a big plus. Just wish they'd throw in the essential cables to make it a complete package.

Pretty good and does what it says. It's a good budget alternative to getting an official Switch dock for those who need a second dock for travel or to just have to move the Switch between TVs. Docking the Switch can be a little awkward, and it would've been nice if the edges were a little bit more raised to allow better lining the console when docking it. When docked, it holds on fairly tight and requires a slight bit of force to un-dock. One thing to do is to absolutely follow the recommendation on using an official Nintendo Switch power adapter. Not only does this allow charging the console when playing it, it also allows the audio to work. When using a standard USB-C to USB-A cable, it has to be connected to the TV the switch is outputting to in order for the audio to work, possibly due to not enough power being supplied for the HDMI cable to carry both the video and audio. Overall, it's a decent spare dock once an official Nintendo power adapter was used.

Works as advertised. It's a nice, compact dock. Swapping between the Switch screen and the TV is intuitive and easy. Cables not included, as advertised. Be sure to get a compatible power cord. I wish there were style options!

I’m using it mainly as a stand to place and charge my Nintendo Switch, and it works well. When I place the Switch on it, the indicator light turns on and it starts charging without any issues. It can also be used to connect the Switch to the TV, which makes it very convenient. It’s compact, stable, and doesn’t take up much space. So far, it does what it’s supposed to do.

Funciona perfectamente, es una lástima que no incluya cable de alimentación pero por lo que vale es más que ideal para reemplazar o complementar con el dock original de Nintendo.

Inconsistent quality - works fine, except the audio doesn't always come out onto the TV. I need to unplug and replug the HDMI cable multiple times, and sometimes the audio still doesn't work. Not worth tbh.

Our switch dock gave out, and I didn't want to spend much money on a replacement. Figured I'd give this one a go, as it was a comfortable price for me. Works just as well as the original!.
