Tovolo Silicone Veggie Roasting Mat, Non-Stick, Printed with Roasting Times & Seasonings, Dishwasher Safe

I bought a pan sized to match and have found this a keeper.Easy clean up. Wipe down with a paper towel - toss - anda quick wash in sink. Didn't need the dish washer. Keep thestorage tube as it is the best choice for storage. I keep minewith the rolls of aluminum foil and plastic wrap. Don't tryusing a baking silicone for roasting veggies! THIS will showthe difference in the first use.

Veggies were tasty with less olive oil than I normally use with nonstick foil on my baking sheet. Rinsed in sink then rolled and put on top rack of dishwasher; came out clean and ready to use again. Very happy with this purchase.

Great concept and truly non stick but they stain from oil or cooking spray and they’re hard to clean.

This keeps my pan clean and helps cook vegetables perfectly. It is easy to clean mat after using.

This mat is so good I bought two! So easy to clean, food doesn’t stick and cookie sheet hardly needs washing! I love it

I’ve now had the mat for 6 weeks, roasting vegetables 3x per week. After the first month, the mat became very stained from end to end - even after washing in the dishwasher. Given the staining, I became concerned about what else the mat was absorbing (i.e. dish soap) so I watched the roasting vegetables closely. I saw bubbling white spots. Not sure if it was the trapped soap or a natural byproduct of roasting vegetables but I won’t take any chances with a toddler. I’m disappointed as I really loved how the vegetables turned out on the mat - crisp and evenly roasted. But given my concern, I’m going back to parchment paper.

We use this weekly! It keeps the sheet pan easier to clean, and our food burns less!

Gave this to my grandson who is a budding chef. He really likes to try out new ways of cooking things. This will come in handy as a guide for roasting veggies.

Had seen veggies being roasted on cooking shows and was intrigued! Had tried it once and loved the tasty results... As cooking times vary for different veggies, decided to give this item a try as a memory jogger and handy item easy-to- clean-up liner to use in cooking. Love that the veggie times are listed, that definitely "sold it" for me. Very reasonable price as well. Would be great as a small thoughtful gift to a newly married couple or perfect as a little hostess gift. Comes inside a "tube-type" package, so was protected and arrived in good shape.
