## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very convenient with unusual bonus security feaature LOL
*by R***E on January 28, 2023*

Love this lock. Easy to install and works great - once we understood that the unlock and lock buttons are flip-flopped. The unlock button is the one that locks it, and the lock button opens. LOL We figure it's kind of a bonus security feature. Even so, it works fine and we're all happy with it

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well
*by T***J on June 18, 2024*

Works and looks great easy to install!

### ⭐ Lasted Less Than 3 weeks
*by A***R on June 30, 2024*

Product was easy to install and worked well for approximately 2 weeks before the keypad stopped working entirely. Unfortunately, we found ourselves locked out and had to call a locksmith to open the deadbolt. Yes, you should always carry the key for the manual override, but we thought the risk of getting locked out was quite small having just installed it less than a month ago. Batteries were checked afterward and found to be fine - the keypad that had failed. Aside from failing after only a few weeks, the graphics on the keypad for the lock and unlock buttons are backwards whereby the "unlock" button actually latches the deadbolt and vice-versa. Had I not read an earlier review that mentioned the same thing, I'm not sure I would have thought to try the opposite buttons. The price was great, but I suppose I got what I paid for (and then also had to pay a locksmith). Would not recommend.
