Don't buy cheap turning peels...
Poor quality, don't cheap out on a turning peel. Buy a proper steel one not an aluminium one.

Plastic handle melted on first use
The pizza peel is a useful size for reaching into the back of the oven and is manoeuvrable but unfortunately the plastic handle melted on first use and no longer slides along the shaft.

Not durable. Will not last long.
The plastic handle can melt easily. Not very strong. Not good for commercial use.

So handy
This is just what you need to handle your pizza once it is in the oven. Use it to turn and inspect the base of your pizza and then remove it from the heat with this peel. Great long handle to keep you safely away from the heat.
