No Sleepy Hangover
When I know I'm not going to fall asleep effortlessly, instead of tossing and turning, I put a tablet of Super Slumber Helper on my tongue. It has a pleasant taste, dissolves quickly, and it helps me fall into a peaceful sleep. Best of all, I don't wake up feeling a bit groggy in the morning. Seems to work
The taste insn't great. I knew this going into it since Valerian is often known to taste bad. However, just swallow it. You don't have to put it under your tounge, though it may work faster that way.

It's a bit on the expensive side, but I like it better than melatonin. Not so groggy in the morning.

Excellent product! I’ve had sleep issues for over 15 years. You name it I’ve tried it. I’ve been taking this for a little less than a month, it’s unbelievable. I love it I get a sound sleep with it too. I have a back up bottle just in case. All superior source products are excellent.

Works as Expected
When I can't sleep or wake up in middle of night I pop one of these under my tongue, open my Kindle and am off to dreamland before I know it. Without doing that I can be rolling, tossing and wandering the house for hours. I always keep a backup bottle in the cupboard as I don't want to run short.

MOLD?!
Smells like mold. Tried a taste and it tastes like mold too. Guessing it is moldy? Not happy at the loss of money and I am very disappointed as I have purchased other supplements from them over the past few years with no problems. I expected better from a brand I trusted.
