I bought many bluetooths for hands free talk and listen. Non made the grade of quality. Until I bought EUQQ brand Bluetooth. Best one ever for quality and price. I bought several. Very happy with its performance. Noise cancelation, sound quality and best of all.. I don't have to remove my BT to hear someone talking to me. It's comfortable to wear all day.I will be buying more in the near future for family and friends. Thank U for finally putting BT that is affordable and works great!

Man, I was stunned by the style and how comfortable the "EUQQ Bluetooth Earpiece for Cellphone, Bluetooth V5.1." I didn't expect much from these; because I went through so many Bluetooth earpieces that claimed to do what was advertised, only to come up short in quality and clarity (I can't even count). But, the EUQQ Bluetooth Earpiece for Cellphone, Bluetooth V5.1, was a winner for me. It's very comfortable in your ear (most Bluetooth irritates my ear). Its clear quality that reduces noise reduction while on the city streets or driving is a plus for me. The only drawback I dislike is getting too far from your phone (it shuts down). But, overall, I'm happy with my purchase!

No complaints at all. Unit worked well from the minute I unpacked it. Solid.

I love the comfort of this earpiece with the over-ear loop thingy. I have a disability that would make normal buds difficult to work with if one were to fall out while I was walking or whatever... which is why I like over-ear models.This one has high-quality sound and allows you to use your phone's assistant. It works great with my Pixel 6a except for ONE strange bug; If you go out of range and BT disconnects, then reconnects when back in range, it causes my phone to unpause YouTube Music so I keep getting Pantera-blasted in my ear each time that happens.Speaking of BT range, the manual saays "approx 10 meters" but its actually about 10 FEET.

Sound is good but difficult to fit to ear. Keeps falling off

Great sound quality. Easy to use. Affordable. I love how it comes with a charging case. You can also charge the device directly without the case. It's so comfortable, that I forget that I'm even wearing it. Perfect fit when you're working a 12 hour shift.

I've been looking for a new headseat after Plantronics stopped making the one I used. This will not be it.Feedback from the people on the other end of the phone- "terrible"- "Bad sound"- "it picks up every little noise"- "not professional quality - you can't use this for work".Bummer. Back it goes.

The most important thing is that people can hear me. This ends those complaints. I wish that the battery life in use was longer, but I like the recharging case a lot. This might be my phone, but it is annoying that it frequently says “connecting”. But, I really find these to listen to Kindle books on my smart phone while walking in addition to using it to take calls. I feel so much more productive.11/10/22 - Downgraded from 4 stars to 1 starIt works great. Lasts for hours and hours. I love being able to walk around and 'listen' to reading assignments and videos. In fact, the case is still at 93% power. BUT It's worthless now though. After very infrequent use, the sound cuts out unless I am pressing it. I don't understand it. I bought it a few months ago. It has spent most of its life in the case. And, I have used it only a handful of times. But, when I wanted to use it on a conference call today, it let me down. What a waste of money!
