Omg this is crazy!!!! Don’t walk, run to buy this if you suffer hair lost!!! So basically I been dealing with hair loss for years, I think since I was 18-19. I was even thinking about one of those surgery’s for my hairline, but someone talk to me about this product and I give it a chance for a month before judge, and I’m happy that I did it. Even in those areas that I was sure hair will never grow up again I have baby hairs now!!!! Down to my hairline, and all over my head, I will see if I got pictures from my hair before, but yes, I highly recommend this (pictures with the braids are months ago and the others are actual pictures)

Help for Thinning Hair
I started taking this Biotin in hopes of helping my hair that is falling out due to dietary restrictions. I bought this because of the high potency after researching what would help with thinning hair. After a couple of months of taking one a day, my hair has stopped falling out and new hair is growing in. The pills are not large, they are easy to swallow, and I have had no side effects. Not to mention this is by far the best value for the money! Whether this is the reason my hair is growing back? Who knows. But I will continue to take them as I know they are good for hair, skin and nails. As an older adult, Biotin supplements are beneficial.
