Question 1

Does this device use real UVC?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The device uses 275–285 nm UVC LED chips, which are a solid-state form of UVC commonly used in modern consumer sanitizing products.

Question 2

Why doesn’t a UVC test card light up?

Accepted Answer

Most UVC test cards on the market are designed specifically for 254 nm mercury UVC lamps, so they may not react to UVC LED output. This does not indicate that the UVC LEDs are non-functional—it is a limitation of the card’s coating chemistry.

Question 3

Does this product have accurate laboratory report data for UVC?

Accepted Answer

The UVC LEDs in this product operate inside a sealed stainless steel chamber and are tested to achieve up to 99.99% reduction of common microorganisms under controlled laboratory conditions. EPA Est No: 95585-TX-1/95585-CHN-1

Question 5

Will the ultrasonic retainer cleaner cause damage to my appliance?

Accepted Answer

Not at all, the ultrasonic cleaning method is completely non-abrasive. Our ultrasonic retainer cleaner with 42 kHz gently and thoroughly cleans entire surface of the appliance using millions of micro bubbles, without causing damage.

Question 6

Will the ultrasonic retainer cleaner cause damage to my appliance?

Accepted Answer

Tablets will kill some of the bacteria but the chemicals won’t penetrate any deeper than the very surface level. Our retainer cleaner machine uses high-frequency sound waves and 4 U-V lights for a deeper clean, reaching areas tablets can't.

Question 7

What can the Voraiya ultrasonic retainer cleaner clean?

Accepted Answer

Our denture ultrasonic retainer cleaner, cleans all oral appliances like aligners, retainers (even with metal), mouthguards, dentures, night guards, toothbrush heads.

Question 8

Can this ultrasonic retainer cleaner be used multiple times over a long period of time?

Accepted Answer

We recommend that you can clean the braces every day, but you can't use them more than 3 times continuously, because the high frequency of vibration will cause the water temperature to heat, and the machine will easily destroy the cleaned products.

Question 9

When the ultrasonic retainer cleaner stops working, can it be returned for free?

Accepted Answer

Anyone who buys our Voraiya ultrasonic retainer cleaner has a one-year free return and get a new replacement.
