This formulation was recommended by my clinical pharmacist and after taking it constantly for the first month, I did feel better overall-more energy, better sleep, mental focus. There were other lifestyle changes that I made so I can"t give the pills all the credit, but I now take them on a daily basis and have found Amazon to be the most reasonable source.
