I’ve just got this mask. It’s very soft and seems well made. I’ve just used it once so far. It’s much better than using hot water and pads as I was doing before.The only gripe I have is that the strap is way too short. Would it have been such a big deal to add on an inch or two?? It’s technically long enough for me but just. I have to fiddle around to make the Velcro stick.Also, I have not found any info about how to clean the mask.So I do recommend this mask but have taken a star off for the above mentioned reason.

Eyes feel very soothed after use

This is one of the heat-up oat-filled eye masks and works perfectly well, but if you have a big head you might struggle to use the velcro to keep it in place! My head isn't huge and it only just fits. I've been using it for 18 months or so and it's only just starting to lose it's effectiveness.

Yes this eye mask worked very well well, I was advised to wear a heated eye mask for eye problem & this was perfect.

Does the job perfectly. Nice and cosey and comfortable to wear. Although there isn't a seam down the middle as advertised

These help clear a small problem on my eye lid. The heat level was good.
