B or not to B
Great tasting product and good value for money. Quality is good. I prefer the sublingual version of Vit B as other forms such as pills smell horrible, taste as bad as they smell, and can be difficult to swallow. It does have a slight aftertaste that borders on bitter sweet but doesn’t bother me. I have noticed a slight increase in energy depending on time of day taking it. Overall, one of the better brands of sublingual vitamin Bs out there

Taste better than alternatives! Love! Other options for methylated often are sticky. These are a good texture and flavour!
