This product is by far the best supplementation I have used yet to this day. I eat a keto/carnivore diet and had tried mct oil once before and it had destroyed my stomach. I also can not handle much butter or other oils so I was a little apprehensive. I started off as suggested with 1tsp on the first day. Within half hour max I was absolutely buzzing with energy and felt more alert and alive than I had in a long long time. Coincidentally I had a lot of work on during this week and could not gwt my meals in ubtil the evening. Well NO PROBLEM with this MCT oil around! I was literally more energetic and productive than all the normies eating their neals and snacks every 3 hrs to keep themselves going. The reason I say bet supplementation I have ever used is first of all based on the almost instant sensation of that amazing feeling of energy and awakeness but I should also add, taste is a very mild coconut oil taste, super easy to take(I literally chuck a tsp full in my mouth and continue with my water or coffee), and of course the fact that it has given me no stomach issues what so ever. In fact.. may not be related but just before I started taking this I DID have some loose bowel issues but since the day I have taken this I have not had anymore loose bowels; however this may not he credited to the MCT oil ( I suspected my tummy was disagreeing with ghee so I'd stoped taking that around the same time). I also must say Ketosource looks like a great company and I may be their new biggest fan. I am following on Instagram and via the website for all the goodness. I can not wait to try their other products and this one is now an absolute staple in my daily life. Thank you Ketosource for bringing this amazing product into my life 💓

Good quality MCT oil with a clean taste and easy to use I bought this MCT oil to support my low-carb/keto lifestyle and to add an easy source of fats to my daily routine. The first thing I noticed is that it has a very neutral taste and smell, which makes it easy to mix into coffee, smoothies, or simply take on its own. The oil feels high quality and the bottle size is generous at 1000ml, so it lasts a long time. I also like that the product provides batch testing information, which gives extra confidence about purity and sourcing. As recommended, I started with a small amount (around one teaspoon) because MCT oil can upset digestion if you take too much too quickly. After gradually increasing, I found it much easier to tolerate. The only minor downside is the plastic bottle, as I generally prefer glass packaging for oils, but there is only 500ml option for glass one unfortunately. Overall, this is a good option for anyone looking for a pure C8 MCT oil with a mild flavour and a good value per litre.

J'ai essayé le régime ceto c'est un peu trop sur le longterme de rester en cétose. Cependant je suis un gras fan du café gras du matin et c'est parfait avec cette huile !! 🟢 Pure C8, donc ultra efficace pour un max de cétones en un rien de temps. 🟢 Bouteille en verre : chic et plus écolo que le plastique. 🟢 Format pratique pour les fans de café keto ou ceux qui veulent un coup de fouet rapide. 🟢 Facile à digérer, pas de surprise au niveau de l’estomac (si on en abuse pas !). 🟢 Idéale pour maintenir l’énergie sans passer par la case sucre. 🔴 Un peu cher comparé aux autres huiles MCT, mais la qualité est là. 🔴 Attention à ne pas en abuser dès le début : effet laxatif si ton corps n’est pas habitué ! 🔴 Pas de doseur fourni, il faut doser à l’œil. Au final, si tu cherches un boost d’énergie sans les montagnes russes de la caféine ou du sucre, cette huile MCT Pure C8 fait le job à merveille. À tester dans le café ou le smoothie pour voir la différence !
