Is there a cream instead of pills ?

I'm not sure, but I feel like I heard of a cream version of this. I personally take the pills but can absolutely vouch for them, they work splendidly for me. Topical analgesics never seem to work for me.

What type ala used in product, more expensive effective r-ala (natural version) or cheaper non-effective s-ala (synthetic version)?

Ok this product does what it says it will do. My husbands hand no longer hurt. As for your question: if it's it the product it's probably in the description. Sorry I can't answer the question any better than that.
