Can you easily untie to remake with new patterns?

If the knots were not tied too tight in the beginning you may be able to untie them to make a new pattern. If you tug on them too hard though, the fabric felt will tear.

Is this material washable?

I have washed my daughters once and it kept it color and shape. However, I used a very gentle wash cycle and my washer doesn’t have an agitator.

Is this "no-pill" fleece?

It is pretty thin fleece so it shouldn’t pill too much. My granddaughter has the quilt so I am not sure if it pulled.
