This is my second time buying this supplement. The first batch worked like a charm. This batch however affected me differently: it kept up! I started taking this product hoping it would help me sleep through the night. It makes me sleepy, I fall asleep faster, and if I wake up I go back to sleep faster BUT it gives me horrifically vivid dreams/nightmares. I’m talking if I wake up at night and open my eyes it takes a few minutes for me to blink out of my dream and see the real world around me. I have NEVER experienced dreams like this before and a few days after I stopped taking them the dreams have gone back to my normal can’t remember them when I wake up dreams.
