This magnesium supplement is great qualityi have used other magnesium supplements but this one works great. I get great sleep and have no more cramps. Woth every penny.

Great source of magnesium. I use them mostly for sleeping and my restless leg syndrome. I notice when I skip them that I tend to experience my symptoms. Be sure to keep up on your water intake when supplementing!

These are Amazing; I've tried other brands, but wanted to give these a try since they scored high on SuppCo app showing: Free from Artificial Flavors, Colors & Fillers & 3rd party certified. They've helped me nightly, with relaxing for sleep and helping me with deep sleep as well. I now have my sweet elderly mother taking these too & they're helping her just the same, however, she takes her earlier in the day to help with blood pressure and relaxtion.
