Great source of magnesium. I use them mostly for sleeping and my restless leg syndrome. I notice when I skip them that I tend to experience my symptoms. Be sure to keep up on your water intake when supplementing!

Great product , help to sleep

I have been taking this product for 2+ months now and have noticed a significant difference in my sleep over the last month. I take it about 1-2 hours before bed with Hum Flatter Me + prebiotic and probiotic and can say it's really helping to settle my body for a good nights sleep.
