UX Is very bad. Lookwise ok, not practical

The design looks good but UX is very bar. It doest sit upright as the wire should be adjusted before futting it upright during ironing. Also looking it i thought it would be heavy but its light weight, i bought it because i thought it would be heavy. Also you will get burnt when you accedentlu touch the top black plastic part just above the base
