Healthy cat food, and cats like it.

I wanted my cat to be on a grain free diet and this product not only fits the bill, my cat loves it. One small word of caution, this grain free kibble is high in calories and a reduction in serving size is advisable.

Excellent nutrient dense cat food that both my older and young cats love. A little pricey, but I like the assurance that I'm taking good care of my babies. Im on my 2nd bag and will definitely reorder.

My cats won't eat it. I cannot comment on the quality of the nutrition but I have six cats and none of them will touch it . I placed it right next to other foods like hills science diet , blue buffalo wilderness which they eat readily. It's so bad that the cats can be hungry all from night when I'm asleep and they'll just leave it there waiting for me to put another brand there. I have nothing against this company I just wanna warn people that I don't recommend it because the cats won't eat it.

It's a month now since I switched to this brand and my pet cat has more energy is having regular bowel movements all round a happier kitty

This is a quality cat food. My indoor cat's been on it for about 4 years. She's very healthy and has a soft coat. Her weight has remained stable due to the lack of fillers and carbs. She's "pleasingly plump" but at a healthy weight. She has free access to the dry food and it takes her a day or day and a half to eat about a 3/4 cup serving.

I have two indoor only cats that I've been feeding Iams to for years - the Hairball type and the newest type, the Longhair in the light brown bag. It's increasingly harder to find the Iams Hairball in the orange bag, probably supply chain issues. I didn't care for the Longhair food since it crumbled to a powder rendering half the bag inedible.So I decided to switch. I researched high-calorie dry cat food and this Wellness Core Original appeared. My cats are middle-aged but very active and I think they weren't getting enough calories with the Iams. I'd never tried Wellness due to price, but it's really not priced that much higher than Iams. This isn't a hairball version but I found the hairball Iams didn't really help the hairballs much. My shorthair cat has more of them than my Maine Coon, but I keep her trimmed in a lion cut.It arrived and I left it on the counter, then I found my 2 cats there trying to chew the bag open. Love that the 5 lb. version has a ziploc bag. I'm in the transitioning phase now, slowly adding the Wellness to the Iams to avoid tummy upsets.They LOVE the Wellness. They are totally out of control with wanting food ALL the time. I don't free-feed, they don't know when to stop and then up it comes. So they get planned feeding times, every 3 hours. They are picking out the Wellness and leaving the Iams in the bowls.
