Fits my 70-200mm zoom perfectly
I selected the DLP-6 II case because it fit my Nikon 70-200mm f4.0 lens perfectly with the lens hood on. The case is well made with heavy duty water resistant material like you find on a good back pack. The seams are swell stitched with no exposed threads on the exterior. The interior is padded and that is covered by a gray nylon like fabric that allows the lens to easily slip into place. it has straps at top and bottom to adjust the snugness of fits Has a double ended zipper to allow the top to open. The zipper pulls overlap and can be locked together, Inside the bag, there is a mesh pocket at the top where you could put a lens cleaning cloth. I do not recommend putting any filters there unless they are in their own hard case because the lens can jostle up and down inside the case and break the filter. It has a padded shoulder strap or a double velcro belt strap, or 2 D -rings for carrying. The shoulder strap attaches to the two plastic D-rings that are well attached to the bag. The buckles, D-rings and swivel shoulder strap snaffles are all heavy duty plastic. Not as durable as metal but should last a long time. There is a convenient loop at the top that makes it easy to grab in case you are not using the shoulder strap. I have found these loops to be super handy when grabbing a camera bag or lens pouch from the bottom of my closet or cabinet. You get a secure grip without worrying about dropping a valuable piece of camera gear. I do a lot of camping and wanted something to protect my gear from dust, rain and hard knocks while traveling and hiking and this will work well for that. I can highly recommend it

Works Perfectly w/Nikon Z 180-600 Lens/Hood
I bought the XXXXXL for my Nikon 180-600 Telephoto Lens. This is a great case. The padding is very adequate and I feel like my lens will be protect. Nikon has not been sending cases with their lens like they use to. Most of the Z Mount Lenses are coming with just a cloth wrap type of protection. This fits the bill. I was getting to take some serious photography excursions and was looking for protection. The Lens goes in the case effortless. With the Lens Hood Reversed the Lens fits no problem. With the Lens Hood in the shooting position (normal) it will fit but is a very tight squeeze to get it zippered up. I was not expecting to carry the lens in this case with the hood in normal position. No reason to really.

Purchesed three of these over a period of time.
This is the third one I've purchased. Clearly, I like them. I only wish they made a version of the same diameter but a couple of inches shorter. These cases fit the Nikkor AF-S 200-500mm f/5.6E ED VR and Z 180-600mm f/5.6-6.3 VR perfectly. What JJC does not have a perfect size for is the Z 400mm f/4.5 VR S. It requires the same diameter of the other two, with its 95mm filter size front element, but is about the same length of the 70-200mm. Still, it is good protection for the lens.

Fits the NIKKOR Z 70-200mm f/2.8 VR S
Note: This review pertains SPECIFICALLY and ONLY to the NIKKOR Z 70-200mm f/2.8 VR S lens and the XXXXL Size (that's 4 'X's) JJC Deluxe Lens Case. It does not pertain to any other close relative lens in the Nikon or other manufacturer's line, nor does it apply to other sizes of the JJC Deluxe Lens Case line. For some reason, Nikon chooses to ship their $2,700.00 Z 70-200 lens with a flimsy lint-free-cloth pouch, and not any kind of reasonable container or bag that will protect the lens when not attached to the camera. Probably a cost-cutting measure. Unfortunately, Nikon ALSO DOES NOT provide a separate container or bag option at additional cost either. This means the camera enthusiast is left to their own devices to browse through multiple websites and multiple products to HOPEFULLY find something that fits this lens. I took my own measurements of the lens (height and width, with the hood attached inverted/facing in towards the camera mount end of the lens) as a precaution when ordering a bag for this lens, and I re-measured with two different measuring tapes and a ruler just to be as certain as I could be. This lens is definitely a monster at < 4.25" across the large end of the lens, and < 9.5" tall when standing vertically on the large end of the lens with the lens cap attached. I am sure there are much larger lenses out there, but this is certainly a big boy. While looking over several different offerings from different third-party brands, the XXXXL Size (again, that's 4XL) of the JJC Deluxe Lens Case seemed to be the size that would accommodate this lens. Now that I have it in hand, I can report that while my lens does in fact fit in the 4XL, the case is too big (mostly too tall, specifically). That said, according to the measurements provided for the 3XL version of the same case, that smaller case would definitely have been too small. Unfortunately, JJC does not have a size in between the 3XL and the 4XL. While the size of the 4XL case is larger than the lens, the fit is still not bad. The lens fits comfortably inside the case even with the tripod collar, lens hood, and lens cap all attached. Inside the case, the lens can rotate freely, so you may want to wrap the lens in a microfiber towel to limit circular spin inside the case. Also, the lens is about two and a half inches short of the top of the case (see photos), so you may also want another towel folded in quarters (or two) to sit on top and prevent too much vertical sliding. Other than those relatively minor issues, the case itself appears to be fairly well constructed and solid. No bad stitching joints or anchors, no wonky zipper ends or misaligned teeth. Generally good, solid construction. While I would prefer a better-fitting case MADE SPECIFICALLY for this lens, making do with this case is not the worst option. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 solely because while this case works and is very affordable considering, it is NOT a perfect fit for my lens. Will keep my eyes open for a better-fitting solution for this lens.

Great lens case!
Much better than expected! My Sony 200-600mm lens fits perfectly in this case. This case is well padded and appears to be very well made. I wish it had a dedicated carry handle though. You can use the velcro belt or backpack attachment, but it is hard to grip and it doesn't feel solid enough to use as a handle. Works great for attaching to your belt or camera backpack. I do recommend this lens case.

What a great lens case!
I don't like traveling with my large camera bag, so I have a small, hard case that I store my camera in, however, I do like to take an additional lens or two along just in case. Instead of worrying how to pack the additional lens I now have this little bag that fits the bill perfectly, My Sony 55-210 mm lens fits in it comfortably, and I can even get a battery or two and/or and extra lens cover in the little mesh pouch inside the cover. Enjoy all the other bells and whistles, too, on this well-made, light weight bag (shoulder strap; velcro on back, etc. - see product description.) I got the Large - DLP 3II. Now I feel I can safely put the extra lens in my carry-on instead of my handbag. I did wrap the lens in a layer of bubble wrap because it doesn't fit totally snug, but the bag is very well padded - a piece of foam sponge would do, too. At this price I really feel I got quite a deal!

Excellent Lens Bag
It is well-made but it is big! I returned it but if you need one this size, I would recommend it.

Great Case
Good sturdy case. My lens fits securely and the case has plenty of options for carrying. If I need another lens case I'll be sure to order this again.

Great
Great quality and the best thing i bought, it's a huge help for me in between shoots, rather than running back to find the next lens, with this i can swap it quicker.

Well designed and constructed. Very Satisfied.
Nicely constructed with sturdy zippers and well padded interior. I like the satin-like inner material. The velcro-secured belt mount is a nice touch as is the included shoulder strap. I find this a very nicely designed case overall and fairly priced. Would purchase from this product line again. Recommended if you get the right fit for your lens. The XL size I ordered is a near perfect fit for my Canon EF 100mm f2.8L macro lens with lens hood reverse-mounted.

Excellent protective bag
I use it to store my Samyang 135 f/1.8, which only came with a soft pouch.
