This product makes me sleepy. That is what it is made for. One thing to note that if you squeeze it hard, it can be painful. But the pain doesn't last, and when it turns off by itself, the pain goes away immediately. It is bearable, just something to note. This product does work well.

I was skeptical but pulled the trigger. My son has a very tough time going to sleep alone/ staying alone at bed time. He wakes up a ton and is panicked often.I bought this to help him relax and have some kind of relief to focus on something other than the situation at hand. Nothing else has worked in the last long 5 years of bedtime/ nighttime.It is small, discrete, comfortable to hold and not scary or intimidating to to use.Hes used it when he’s in that scenario and he’s been staying put in his room and has been sleeping longer and it has relieved a lot of anxiety. He looks forward to having his little device at night.I will be buying 2 more. One for school for when he is over stimulated and one for his dad’s house too.Great purchase. Highly recommend.. I have been telling my mom friends and I will now advertise it to teachers at school.

The seller sent a product with Amazon Void sticker on it, so returned once.It came without the charging cable. And the product did not have the USB C port that was mentioned.

Product was described as producing vibrations - this is more like an electric shock. Bought for my daughter to aid anxiety but i couldnt even handle the electric zaps produced. This shouldn’t be sold
