I wanted to give this product 0 stars but this was not a option.I have had my hair highlighted for many years by an experienced hair dresser using this 40 volume and we have never experienced anything like this. We used this to do foil highlights and they swelled up and started leaking leaving blobby highlights and bleach all down my back. They got incredibly hot to the point i could not have the foils resting on my skin as they were burning and the end result was not awful. It left my hair with brassy tones which we now have to rectify. Thankful my hair is very thick and i did not loose any hair but i feel if my hair was finer then this might not have been the case.I will never use this product and will never recommend it. It is dangerous and should be removed from sale.

Are you kidding me this stuff safe i left on for 5 minutes and took it off as was hot as and its stripped the hair in five minutes I'm amazed right now how quick the process was and that fact that it was so frigging hotThis hair job should have taken ages to do it was done in minutes with actually less breakage for me
