Review: Easy to clean and no chin zits! - Easy to clean. Really quiet. Nice app design. No chin zits on the kitty! I've had this for 2 months and I'm pleasantly surprised! I didn't know if the cat would like it or if she would get chin zits like from fountains before. It's been a huge success. Easy of cleaning and re-assembly is a breeze. Most importantly, the cats loves it, and drinks more water now. The only downside I can think of is being powered by a USB cable, and not including an adapter for the wall. Luckily, being an old iPhone user, I had plenty of adapters laying around.
Review: Good water fountain - Works well! I have 3 cats and this lasts 4-5 days. The best part is it’s tall enough so my cats can sit and drink from this bowl. It doesn’t make any noise. The blue light you can adjust the brightness on the app. You can also have times for when the light is on.

**Q: App/fountain isn't wifi enabled without connection to other petkit products. if traveling out of bluetooth range, app won’t work?**
A: This fountain is Bluetooth connected to the APP and can only be connected remotely to WIFI when connected to a specific product of PETKIT.

**Q: I don't have an power outlet near where I'd like to place the fountain. Do you have a rechargeable model available?**
A: Hello, because the fountain is always on, it consumes a lot of electricity, so we are sorry that our fountain does not support charging.

**Q: Can the app set up a specific custom interval to start/stop? For example, can you set it to turn on at 8 am and turn off at 8 pm? Or every 3 hours?**
A: Thank you for your question.
This fountain allows you to set the no-disturb time. During the no-disturb time, the fountain stops working.
Also, when in smart mode, you can set the time interval between drinking work and rest. But this interval can only be within 1-60 minutes.

**Q: When are you sending me a replacement for the fountain you sent missing multiple peices?!?!**
A: I guess my best suggestion would be to call them and have them either send you a QR code to send it back to get a new one I'm assuming you bought it within the 30-day period so you can still return it if so then return it and tell them it was defective missing parts otherwise if you've had it for a period of time and it's no longer can be returned the only other thing I can do is suggest that you speak with somebody and clarify exactly what the problem is and what parts you may be missing or may need to make your product function properly

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nearly silent and looks nice!

I'm writing a review almost totally to address one singular thing. When I got it set up initially, I plugged it in, the pump wouldn't run, and the filter light was just blinking. Held the filter reset button, but that didn't help anything. Looked up a solution, apparently people put hot water in it and that's supposed to help somehow? Unplugged it. Plugged it in somewhere else to sit down and troubleshoot a little. Worked totally fine. Back to the first place, wouldn't work. Turns out it was the wall adapter you plug the USB port into! You NEED to make sure the brick you use to plug it in can provide the power it needs. Unfortunately I don't know the technical details on what DOES work, but the bad one was the old one from a previous fountain. The new one was from one of my Sony cameras. After getting that figured out, I'm SUPER happy with it. It's incredibly quiet, looks pretty nifty, and the smart function should help mitigate having to change the filter as often (apparently every 60 days as opposed to every 30 running it constantly). Also, there is a small tray that will hold enough water to satisfy my cat for when the pump isn't running. It's not a lot, but enough to where if she drank it all, the pump would run and it'd refill by the time she's thirsty again. Refill just by dumping water (slowly) into the tray. Every time my preschooler brushes her teeth, she takes care of that, so I'm sure I'll find out soon what happens when it gets overfilled! Im very happy with this purchase, and I'm sure my cat doesn't care at all.
