I had a couple of issues with the machine and the customer service that I received was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! The people who work with this company went out of their way and went over and above anything I expected, to make me happy. I can't recommend this company highly enough! With a tiny and very slim NEMA 5-15 power plug I was expecting one of three things: this is either going to trip a breaker, is a fire hazard or they're lying. It turned out they were lying (thank god?). This is a < 500W unit as evidenced by the power reading I got at the plug. One fifth of the advertised power. Sneaky. That said, I will say that it obliterates anything you put inside. So it has power and plenty of it. However, you are paying substantially more in this case of for an advertised power rating that is never reached. Build quality is extremely sketchy as well with unreasonable gaps between parts and over-torqued screws that warp the plastic.

Not easy to clean. It’s big, heavy, and bulky. Hard to get all the ingredients out of it. And it’s extremely LOUD. I don’t like it and will never use it. I won’t try to return it tho because that always a hassle from overseas companies. The photo is the result of grinding almonds for 30 seconds.
