I just finished walls around a latrine in the bush. The drill is great but needs a sturdy and strong rod to drill into hard woods. Also, in hard woods, you must back the drill out a little every one or two turns in or it will bind while trying to unscrew for removal. And I mean bind! Soft wood does not have the same problem. The round chisel can get stuck and is hard to remove. Solution...Cut the tenon and just use the round chisel for a gauge or to remove small amounts of material. If I can remember, I'll upload pics of finished project.Bottom line.... I just ordered another one in case I loose this one.

The price of this tool is awesome! I think that they could have done better on the attachments though. The leather on the sheath is real thin and will not last under regular use. This tool is designed to be used mostly outside and the tool is very sharp. The tool itself is excellent. The sheath it comes in though is going to tear quickly. It is very thin leather and the tool itself is sharp enough to cut through after a few times of just taking it out and putting it back in the sheath. The "handle" tool (silver part) is not good at all. It came apart the first time I used it. It went back together nice enough but it is not sturdy at all (it is a capsule basically with sections). You would be better off using a stick. The leather cover for the handle is a nice touch though. Protect your hand a bit while using the tool and handle. I would buy this tool again but the first thing I would do is order or make a different sheath for it.

Work as advertised

The tool works as designed. The leather is garbage. The metal tube thing is garbage as well, the threads didn't line up and it won't fit in the screw inlet to make a handle.

The bit is strong...i dont trust the pill tube not to break as a handle but makes good storage for matches and fishing gear. The leather is cheap and thin. I expect it to rip and rip my hand open making pegs. I will build a better leather one.

the inside of the pipe section had a welding burr that prevents the pill container from fitting in. This doesn't allow the container to be used as a handle.

This gadget not only works the way they say it does but it does it very well ! Way better than I expected. A must for bushcraft and or survival. Hari

Cool tool it came with some burrs on the cutting edge but surprisingly it cut well all 4 cutting edges seemed to be removing the same amount of material my only complaint is the leather tears very easily on the bit

Tool seems ok, sheaths quality is a little less than desirable but it works
