Book has some great tips
Liked the suggestion to look at people's automatic movements. Could have been more to the point. Book was very short.

Quite a few typos, but good information throughout.
Some of the information contained within I already knew, but much more that was new to me. I found it pretty easy to start using the techniques within immediately. Quite a few typos to be found within.

Typos galore
This book had more typos and misuse of grammar than a fifth grade book report. No wonder it was self published; no editor would ever approve it. I was really excited to read this book, but beyond disappointed when I received it.

Dont waist your time or money on this book.
This book contains to much filler text and not enough topic spacific information. It's not worth the cost or the time it took to read.
