Connection is Great, Keyboard Surface is Not
I really liked the case- it is durable and easy to use. I really like the connectivity and sleep mode. I also really appreciate the protective silicone mat that covers the keyboard. I did NOT like the keyboard itself. The size and shape of it made it difficult to use. I am used to typing a lot, and I have used numerous keyboards. After several months, I still find myself struggling to adjust to this particular keyboard to type quickly and efficiently.

Doesn't have a useful stand, pain to prop up your device.
You have to "scoot" the keyboard across a magnetic surface to then prop up your device at one (steep) angle. But it's pretty and durable, as far as I can tell

Heavier than I would have liked
This priduct is a good quality but it is heavier than I would have liked. Not sure if I am going to keep it.

It is easy to use, the keyboard needs to be charged in order to connect but it doesn't take long.

The battery life does not exist, I have not been able to charge the keyboard yet!

Not Thrilled with It
It works, I just don't think it's for me - too much fiddling around to get to the point where I can go to work.Pros: it fits my Surface Pro-7 and seems robust to protect the computer under normal usage.Keyboard is responsive and does not have a touch pad -- that's plus for me, the touch pad gets in my way.Cons:Keyboard connects to the Surface via Bluetooh instead of the magnetic connectors.The keyboard does not stay in place when you open the top and has to be manually readjusted each and every time you before using the Surface.I going to bite the bullet and buy a much more expensive case/keyboard that connects via the magnets on the computer - when I open the case I want the keyboard in place. When I turn the unit on I want it to be a one-step process. This case/keyboard will be returned.

Takes steps to pair every dang time
Seriously, I can’t just open it and use? I have to turn off and on and pair every time. Wish I hadn’t bought this. Most annoying keyboard ever.
